Advance booking is required for after-hours sessions, subject to therapist availability.

📅 RESERVATIONS & CONFIRMATION

  • Advance bookings are highly recommended, especially for weekends and peak periods.

  • Weekday bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.

  • Weekends and public holidays require full prepayment at least one day in advance.

  • Credit card details may be requested to secure your appointment. All personal data is strictly confidential.

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations within 8 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.

  • A no-show will be charged 100% of the booking value.

  • For gift voucher bookings, the same policy applies, and the corresponding value will be deducted.

  • Group bookings of 5 or more require one week’s notice for cancellation. No-shows in group bookings will be fully charged.

🧒 AGE POLICY

The spa welcomes guests aged 12 years and above only. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

⏰ PUNCTUALITY

Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their appointment to complete the consultation form. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment without price adjustment.

📋 CONSULTATION & SAFETY

Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. This ensures your comfort, safety, and optimal benefit from the treatment.

💍 VALUABLES

Jewelry, cash, and other expensive personal items are not recommended to be brought to the spa.

Yoyoy Kamphora Spa will not be responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or accidents that may occur.

  • Yoyoy Kamphora Spa is a quiet zone.

  • Silence is golden—please speak softly or whisper at all times.

  • Mobile phones must be on silent mode, and we discourage their use within the spa.

🚭 NO SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is strictly prohibited within all spa premises.

👗 DRESS CODE

We maintain a strict no-nudity policy. Disposable garments will be provided. You may also wear your own underwear for comfort and privacy. Our facility is female-only.

💳 NO CASH POLICY

We do not accept cash payments. Please use one of the following secure options:

Stay hydrated before and after treatments to maximize benefits. We offer complimentary water, herbal teas, and light refreshments.

🎁 GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are available for treatments or custom values.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

👥 GROUP BOOKINGS

💰 GRATUITIES

Tipping is optional and appreciated. Recommended: 10% of the treatment value. You may leave your gratuity at the reception counter.

  • Prices may vary depending on treatment type, duration, therapist level, and location.

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices exclude taxes and are subject to applicable taxes, if any.

  • 8% SST applies to selected outlets.

At Yoyoy Kamphora Spa, we uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.

  • We provide genuine spa and wellness services only.

  • Sexual services are strictly prohibited.

  • Any form of sexual harassment, solicitation, or bullying toward our therapists or guests will not be tolerated.

  • Offenders will be asked to leave immediately and may be reported to the authorities.

  • Yoyoy Kamphora Spa reserves the right to file police reports and pursue legal action for any criminal behavior.
